Credit usage varies by model, duration, resolution and settings. Each successful monthly payment grants a new allowance, valid until that billing period ends. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. Previously purchased permanent credits stay permanent.

How are credits used for video generation?
Usage depends on the model, video duration, resolution and settings. Review the credit requirement shown in the workspace before submitting a task. A plan does not promise a fixed number of videos.
How does monthly billing work?
Starter, Creator and Pro are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically at $15.90, $45.90 and $95.90 USD respectively. Each successful payment grants 800, 2,200 or 5,000 credits for that billing period. Failed or pending payments do not grant new credits. There is no annual plan.
Do credits expire?
Subscription credits expire at the end of their actual billing period and do not roll over. This is a calendar billing month, not a fixed 30-day allowance. Previously purchased permanent credits remain permanent, and other historical credits retain their original order terms.
Do different models use the same number of credits?
Models and generation settings may use different amounts. Subscribing does not change a model's usage rules. Check the requirement displayed when submitting your task.
Which monthly plan should I choose?
Starter suits light monthly use. Creator offers more credits for regular creation. Pro offers the largest allowance and the lowest unit cost of these three plans. Choose for your expected monthly usage because unused subscription credits do not roll over.
What happens when I cancel?
Open Subscriptions & billing in your account and stop automatic renewal. Your paid allowance remains usable until the current period ends, with no next monthly charge. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment. To change plans, end the current subscription before starting another.
Where can I see my credits and payments?
After signing in, open Credits, Payment history or Subscriptions & billing in your account. Credits are granted after payment is confirmed. If a completed payment has not credited your account, contact [email protected] with the order details.
How can I request a refund?
Review your payment history and contact [email protected] with the relevant order. Eligibility and handling are subject to review and the site's refund policy. This page does not promise a fixed refund window.
